We both had to work late on 2/14 :-( so we celebrated over the weekend. I cooked Jamie Oliver's "Superb Chicken" and it was de-lish!! you should all try it!

About the wedding

Is there a theme? When I was young I would make Chinese "Cut Paper" designs for Chinese holidays. They bring back fond memories and provide the inspiration theme, which I would like to incorporate in our wedding.
What are the colors? When I visited Seattle last Sept. the Public Market had beautiful bright flowers in colors of Orange, Pink, Red, and Yellow--I was inspired!
